Improvements and issues fixed

Component Summary Reference #

Multiple Assignees

The Multiple Assignees feature is being selectively reintroduced for a small subset of early adopter customers. A database script will enable this functionality only for selected clients, ensuring careful implementation to avoid previous issues.

Multiple Assignees

With Multiple Assignees enabled, the in-line Update button now immediately sends email notifications to reassigned users, removing the need to use the bottom Update button. This change prevents duplicate emails and ensures notifications without a page refresh. When MA is off, notifications trigger only via the bottom Update button.

FAC-64600

Multiple Assignees

With the Multiple Assignee feature enabled, reassigning work orders via the API results in an error. Disable MA to reassign work orders successfully using the API. Ensure permissions for Update Work Order and Logbook Access are correctly set to prevent reassignment issues.

Multiple Assignees

Advanced Reassign now works correctly when Multiple Assignee is enabled. Selecting a name via Advanced Reassign updates the Primary Assignee on the work order and removes the previous Primary Assignee. If the new assignee is already a secondary assignee, the system promotes their record to primary, ensuring no duplicate assignee records.

Multiple Assignees

With Multiple Assignees enabled, you can now access the Create Request page without triggering the MultipleAssigneesCreate error. The system validates and passes required parameters to prevent null reference exceptions. You no longer need to update property associations in the User Security page if associations exist in the lgp_emp_rgn_prop table. The page loads successfully with existing associations, regardless of the last update timestamp.

FAC-64632

Multiple Assignees

You can now use email response codes to update the assignee correctly in work orders. When you use a valid code, Assignee updates and the reassignment logs in history. The reassignment occurs if the code is valid and your email address matches a known user. Assignee reflects changes immediately upon refresh, and this works in both stage and production environments.

FAC-64620

Multiple Assignees

When you update a work order status, the crew information now remains visible in the work order history and on the Reclassify WO page. Crew data is preserved across status changes and continues to be displayed next to the assignee. This fix ensures crew information is correctly reflected in all environments.

FAC-64619

Multiple Assignees

Reassigning work orders via the Workloading interface now updates the assignee field correctly on the work order detail page. The history logs the reassignment, showing both the previous and new assignee. The updated assignee reflects in the My Requests view and remains consistent across all views, including Daily Schedule and direct work order links.

FAC-64618

Multiple Assignees

As a guest with Restricted Activity Group association, you can now view and manage work orders you have created without errors. The system accurately checks permissions, enabling you to access your own work orders while restricting access to those created by others in the same Activity Group.

FAC-64615

Multiple Assignees

You can now add comments to work orders without seeing the Lead Assignee is required error, even if you have only the General Comments permission. This fix allows you to submit comments without needing Update Request permission, ensuring smooth operation with the Multiple Assignee feature enabled.

FAC-64606

Multiple Assignees

You can now reassign work orders on parent/child work orders without encountering errors. Previously, attempts to update the Lead Assignee resulted in a conversion error that prevented the change from taking effect. This fix ensures smooth reassignment using the Multiple Assignee interface.

FAC-64592

Assets

The Find Asset search now correctly filters results based on both property and floor criteria. Previously, the search returned irrelevant results; this update ensures you see only relevant assets when applying these filters.
